Hospitals and physicians are confronted on a daily basis with one particularly vexing aspect of care: treating chronic, non-healing wounds. These wounds are alarmingly common among the elderly and obese, those with heart and vascular diseases, diabetics and other patients at risk of losing a limb. These patients are commonly found in every community across the United States and require extraordinary clinical care. Yet, it is difficult to find this specialized level of care in hospitals that have not yet implemented a comprehensive wound care management center.

At CFWH, our purpose is two-fold: 1) to partner with hospitals that recognize the extraordinary and clinical need their patients have and who need expert management of the planning, construction, and day-to-day operational control of a wound center and 2) to partner with hospitals who currently have wound care centers but desire better clinical and economic results.
