Steven F. McLaughlin, Mr. McLaughlin joined the CFWH in March 2012. He has an extensive background in operating multi-site, outpatient healthcare centers and partnering with hospital and long-term care homes to manage care delivery. Prior to joining CFWH, he served as the COO of Sleep HealthCenters, based in Boston. Sleep HealthCenters operates comprehensive sleep centers for hospitals throughout New England, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Gaylord Hospital. Mr. McLaughlin has also served as CEO of HealthDrive which provides medical, dental and vision services to the residents of long-term care facilities. Prior to HealthDrive, he spent 14 years in occupational health and urgent care medicine including six and one-half years with U.S. Healthworks where he was the Executive Vice President of Operations responsible for 115 clinics throughout 15 states.

David J. Walz, Mr. Walz joined the Company in November 2003. Mr. Walz is a versatile healthcare executive with over 21 years of experience in hospital operations, financial management, business development and strategic planning within complex healthcare organizations. In his last position prior to joining the Company, Mr. Walz was Executive Director/Vice President of Operations at St. John’s Queens Hospital, a teaching division of Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers in New York, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, which included bottom line accountability for a $300 million operating budget.

John V. Capotorto, MD, Dr. Capotorto has been with CFWH’s predecessor companies since 2001, and has been an attending physician in Adult and Pediatric Endocrinology and clinical assistant professor at State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He holds board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Adult and Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism and is accredited in hyperbaric medicine. Additionally, he has been the Medical Director of the Diabetes Treatment Center at Staten Island University Hospital and has extensive experience in both wound care and hyperbaric medicine. In April 2010, Mr. Capotorto was elected President of the American Association for Wound Care Management (AAWCM) at the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC).

Richard Sauter, Mr. Sauter joined CFWH in May 2011 as the Controller. For the 25 years prior to his joining CFWH, Mr. Sauter served in various financial positions including controller and chief financial officer in the healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. Mr. Sauter’s background includes financial management, strategic planning, auditing, accounting systems implementation, process improvement and accounts receivable management. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sauter was also controller for ExamWorks Inc., where he assisted in the acquisition and integration of six independent medical examination (IME) companies. Prior to this position, Mr. Sauter was a North America controller for Chicago Miniature Lighting, a global auto parts manufacturer. Mr. Sauter served on the board of directors and as the Chief Financial Officer of Kuiken Brothers, a $150 million regional retailer of building materials. He received his BA and MBA with honors from Seton Hall University.

Jeffrey Kingery, RN, Mr. Kingery joined the Company in March 2007 as the Program Director for the Cabell-Huntington wound care center and was promoted to Vice President, Clinical Services in June, 2010. Before joining the CFWH, Mr. Kingery worked with Diversified Clinical Services. Mr. Kingery’s career in clinical, sales and operational management spans over 25 years. He served as Eastern Area Director for Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., a large healthcare company that specializes in hospital and home medical equipment and medical technology, and served as President of Innovative Healthcare Strategies, where he provided consulting services to healthcare facilities on cost effective management of wound patients across the continuum of care. Mr. Kingery was also a Vice President of Sales for Global Medical LLC, where he marketed consulting services, wound and bariatric equipment to healthcare facilities and was the National Sales Director for Ivivi Technologies Inc., marketing a new technology wound closure device. Mr. Kingery is a graduate of St. Mary’s School of Nursing and Marshall University.

Christopher P. Manning, Mr. Manning joined the Company in January 2003, and has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His background includes neurosurgery, cardiology, molecular oncology and clinical services for wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Prior to joining CFWH, Mr. Manning served as Vice President of U.S. Hyperbaric Sales for Sechrist Industries Inc. and Vice President of Sales for Praxis Clinical Services Inc., a subsidiary of Sechrist. Sechrist Industries Inc. is the leading manufacturer of mono-place hyperbaric chambers in the world and Praxis is a turnkey provider of wound care and hyperbaric services for the U.S. hospital market.

Cathy Nenninger, Ms. Nenninger joined the Company in August 2008 as Regional Director for six wound centers in New York City and was promoted to Director of Marketing in May 2009. Ms. Nenninger has over 20 years of experience in financial and healthcare management. Her background includes managerial or program oversight of wound care and hyperbaric medicine, anesthesiology, emergency and critical care medicine departments. She formerly served as an area program director for Diversified Clinical Services, a practice manager for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center overseeing operations at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and Magee Women’s Hospital, and the controller for Brown University’s Emergency Medicine Department within the Lifespan Health System in New England. Ms. Nenninger received her undergraduate degree in accounting and holds an MBA with a concentration in operations management from Syracuse University.
